Reuters, via Yahoo Finance, reports that Anthropic launched Claude for Financial Advisors on Monday — a suite of connectors and workflow skills aimed at automating research, meeting preparation and documentation for wealth managers. The product wires Claude into custodians, asset managers and advisor software including Charles Schwab, BlackRock, Addepar, Envestnet, iCapital, Orion, Vanguard and Zocks, alongside existing hooks into Salesforce, DocuSign, FactSet, S&P Global and Morningstar. Packaged skills cover advisor onboarding, alternative investments, compliance review, estate and tax briefing, portfolio rebalance review and prospect intake. Schwab announced its own tie-up to bring Claude to independent registered investment advisors. The launch comes days after OpenAI introduced a ChatGPT version aimed at investment bankers and equity researchers — the two labs are now competing account by account inside finance.
