According to TechCrunch, Anthropic has added a Reflect dashboard to Claude, giving Free, Pro, and Max subscribers a monthly recap of their usage. The feature, tucked into Settings, surfaces the topics users spent time on, their most active day and peak hour, and observations about how they work with Claude. It also lets people set quiet hours or break reminders. TechCrunch noted the dashboard doubles as a nudge to keep people engaged with the product, drawing on Anthropic's own AI Fluency Framework to rate delegation and discernment. The report said Reflect excludes incognito chats and health-related conversations, and requires memory to be turned on.
